Digital Product Licence
This page explains the default permissions for digital resources sold by Little Minds Co. If an individual product includes a specific licence or clearly grants broader rights, those product-specific terms apply.
Default permission
Unless a listing states otherwise, a purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or household use. You may download the purchased file and print copies for that permitted use. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the copyright or grant resale rights.
Classroom, professional or shared use
Check the listing for an express classroom, professional or multi-user licence. If it does not state that such use is included, contact support@littlemindsco.shop before using the resource with a class, professional practice, organization or shared team.
What is not included
- Reselling, sublicensing or distributing the files or access links.
- Uploading files to public websites, shared drives, file-sharing groups or resource libraries.
- Claiming authorship or removing ownership and licence notices.
- Using the materials in another product for sale without express permission.
